About the founder
Mr. Vijay Chugani is the founder and CEO of ZenXChugs. When he started ZenXChugs he had a dream to build a global real estate company that would help people find their dream property. His mission has always been to maintain the integrity of the clients and transaction confidentiality, which he has followed strictly.
Being a textile retailer for 15 years in Bangalore’s toughest retail market and having a vast business experience of 38 years, he shares a good rapport with major business owners to ensure clients receive the maximum benefit. He is also a proud member of Bangalore Realtors Association India (BRAI), Confederation of Real Estate Associate (CREA) and National Association of Realtors (NAR).
